Do you deliver to any country? We work together with DHL Express to ensure that we can send almost anywhere in the world.
How long does it take to arrive? Deliveries within Europe takes 2-3 working days. International deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.
During busy sales periods (Holiday season, Christmas, Black Friday, etc) deliveries may take up to 2 working days longer than usual.
How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is FREE for all international deliveries.
Can I track my order? Yes, the tracking number will be sent to the email you entered once the order is fulfilled.
What if I am not at the indicated address? If on the first delivery attempt you are not home, DHL will contact you to arrange for a new date of delivery.

Do I have to pay customs fees? Items shipped to countries outside Europe may be subject to taxes. You will be responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the order, and the cost of returning the package to Unreal Fields. This amount will be deducted from your purchase.
Can I return a product? We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after you receive your order. We only accept products that have not been used and maintain their original features. All returns and exchanges cost 15€. Please Note - Discounted items can only be returned for online credit or exchange within 15 Days.
How do I return or exchange a product? To return or exchange your package you should:
- Contact us by email, within 15 days of receiving your order, at email@example.com to let us now that you want to return an item.
- You will then receive an email with a paypal request of 15€ regarding the cost of the return.
- Once we receive the payment you will receive by email your Collect+ or DHL returns label. This will require printing.
- Please ensure this return form is enclosed in the return parcel.
- Make sure the shoe boxes are wrapped with DHL large flyer so the box doesn’t get damaged.
There was an issue with my shoes. What should I do? If you feel that we have sent you a defective product, please notify us regarding the defect through firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the returned product, a gift card will be issued so you can order a new product.
Sample sale purchases can be returned? All sample sale items are final sale, therefore not eligible for exchanges& returns.
